Daniel P. Gibson, MD
Dr. Daniel P. Gibson attended Yale for medical school, Dartmouth for residency, and Washington University in St. Louis for fellowships in diagnostic and interventional neuroradiology. Dr. Gibson joins the Goodman Campbell team from Ascension Wisconsin. During his time there, his roles have included: Chair of the Neurosciences Service Line, Director of Neurointerventional Surgery, Neuroscience Chief of Clinical Operations, and Stroke Director. Some of the hospital, departmental and national committees he has served on include: Stroke Performance Measures Oversight Committee, Stroke Leadership Committee, National Claims Committee, Therapeutic Affinity Group, Neurointeventional Affinity Group, Clinical Care Committee, Stroke Committee, and Southeast Wisconsin Stroke Working Group.
Dr. Gibson is well published, and participates in research and quality outcomes. Some of his clinical interests include endovascular treatment in cerebral aneurysm and arteriovenous malformations, and the development of advanced treatment options. He is also board certified in diagnostic radiology.
In his free time, he enjoys adventure travel with his family, skiing, and playing golf.
