Text with your care team

WELL Texting allows secure and direct communication between our care teams and you. You can receive information and appointment reminders through text, phone or email. Our care teams are able to respond to any questions or concerns you may have Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Access your patient portal

Our Patient Portal provides you with access to your personal health chart, educational materials, appointment details, prescription refills, statements and accessibility to your care team. You can email our providers and request appointments directly through the portal.

Prescriptions and refill information

Prescriptions are refilled Monday – Friday during normal business hours at Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine. You can expect to be notified of the status of your refill within 24 – 48 hours of your request. To ensure timeliness of your prescription refill, we ask that you call us 5 – 7 days before you run out of medication.

In an emergency

If urgent problems arise, a Goodman Campbell physician is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When the office is closed, call 317-396-1300 to reach the answering service. An on-call physician will be contacted immediately. If necessary, please call 911 or travel to the nearest hospital emergency room covered by Goodman Campbell physicians at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital, Franciscan St. Francis Hospital Indianapolis or ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital.
